The resort is nestled on the southern edge of the Rocky Mountains in the Cheyenne Mountain foothills of Colorado Springs, with 5,000 lush acres of resort space to explore. The Broadmoor specializes in hosting unforgettable meetings and events with over 315,000 square feet of sophisticated function space.

WAIS DISCOUNTED ROOM BLOCK RATES

Classic ($339/night) - Located with central resort access, The Broadmoor's Classic Rooms offer European-inspired décor brimming with timeless elegance. Enjoy cozy evenings on the overstuffed chairs surrounded by classical armoires, warm color schemes, and luxurious touches. One king or two double beds available. 325 to 450 sq. ft.

Superior ($369/night) - Large picture windows and warm, contemporary furnishings offer an airy setting ideal for relaxation in our Superior South Tower rooms. These suites also include generously-sized closets, five fixture baths and a spacious writing desk. One king or two double beds available. 420 sq. ft. Located in the Broadmoor South complex.

Premier ($399/night) - Wake up each morning to some of the most breathtaking views at The Broadmoor when you stay in a Superior room. Residential-style décor and elegantly styled furnishings create a tranquil ambiance reminiscent of times gone by while a host of modern amenities ensure unrivaled comfort. One king or two double beds available. 375 to 450 sq. ft.

One-Bedroom Suite ($569/night) - Not only do these intimate suites have lake, golf course or mountain views, each also features a private balcony. An array of comfortable furnishings including overstuffed chairs and ottomans, plush sofas, and king-sized beds make it easy to unwind, while a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet offer the resort-style elegance you'd expect from The Broadmoor. All suites offer one King bed. Located in the Broadmoor West complex.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

The Western Angiographic & Interventional Society (WAIS) negotiates significantly reduced room rates at our annual conference host hotel. We are pleased to pass these discounts directly through to attendees, vendors and guests. In order to secure these discounted rates at premium venues (often 50% off standard rates), our host hotels require us to guarantee a mutually agreed upon block of rooms, which are based on rooms requested by registrants. We strongly encourage our attendees and vendors to take advantage of these room rates and utilize this room block while being aware of cancellation deadlines attached to our room block contract. Room reservations are ultimately the responsibility of each guest and we are unable to assist attendees with any adjustments to their hotel reservations after our conference cut-off date. This year, the cut off date is August 21, 2025. All hotel room cancellations (full or partial), no shows or early departures after this date will be subject to the full amount of the reservation.
